A Short Love Story in Stop Motion.

A short love story in stop motion uses different types of animation.
The types it uses are: Live action, Claymation, 2D stop motion.

The use of sets are used well and Carlos Lascano who is the animator uses models such as the school you see in the animation but he digitally put in the background.

There is no script in this animation because there are no words or sounds made from the characters. There is a sound track, which I thought gave the animation more depth. The soundtrack is a pinao and it has a smoothing and up lifting effect on the audience.

In the little girls mind, the characters age and also create new characters in the form of their son and his girlfriend, because the storyline is her day dreaming about being with this boy she likes in her class forever and having a son with him and watching their son growing up.

The style of the animation I would describe as more cinematic as it is very unusual in a animation to have someone day dreaming and having sort of flashbacks where as in film it is not and I think Carlos mixes animation techniques to make his animation more unique and to give it more depth.

It has an aesthetically pleasing effect on the audience and makes the audience happy.

I think the storyline was the most important bit bout the animation because without a storyline there would be no story.

I do not think I have seen an animation similar to this; this one contains more of a mixture animation techniques and takes you deep into the characters thoughts and emotions where as most animations do not.

I think this could help me in my own production to get across some of the things about love and how to show love through imagery.
